What fabrication process do you specialize in?
We specialize in the fabricating of curved stairs. We provide full service on spiral staircases, including field measurements, bending of the steel, fabricating the steel, and installation.
Can you provide custom fabrication services?
Yes, absolutely! Anything from just a simple arch for a barreled roof or a complicated 3D bend for a sculpture or art project.
What is your lead time on fabrication projects?
Average lead times are around 2-3 weeks, but we do provide expedite for customers who are on a tight time schedule. We do charge for that because there will be overtime charges in order to make that delivery.
What quality control measures do you have in place?
We have an in-house quality control system where every part is measured by the operator and an intermittent check is done by a QC inspector.
Can you handle large-scale production orders?
Yes, we currently have five manufacturing clients that continuously give us parts to bend.
What is your pricing structure?
Pricing is determined by the industry served. In some cases, it is being priced by the pound and in other cases, it is priced by the piece, and in other cases it is priced by dollars per man hour.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we have a full in-house detailing department.
How do you handle transportation and delivery?
We do have our own trucks that we can deliver on an emergency basis only. We do work with common carriers and we also work with trucking brokers. We also offer air freight and we have access to rail service.
What safety measures do you have in place?
We have a trained safety officer in place with whom we have safety meetings every two weeks. All our handling of equipment is well maintained and all personnel are certified to operate said equipment. All equipment is inspected yearly and certified safe for operation. We also have a full-time mechanic who maintains all handling equipment.
