Job Description

As a Metal Rolling Machine Operator at Paramount Roll & Forming, you will play a vital role in our continued success and growth. You will be part of a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for perfection in every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain metal rolling machines with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper specifications for each job.
• Monitor and control the rolling process to produce metal components with the desired dimensions and finish.
• Inspect materials before and after rolling for any defects or irregularities.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and any incidents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a metal rolling machine operator or in a related role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of various metals, alloys, and their properties.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious and willing to follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fully fluent in English or Spanish.
